Our story
15+ years ago
Where it started: e-commerce at scale
Our roots are in the web team at Chain Reaction Cycles — one of the great UK e-commerce success stories. That’s where we learned what actually moves online sales: speed, search, tracking, stock that’s always right, and a checkout that never gets in the way.
The ASN Design years
Building for local businesses and the public sector
Working independently as ASN Design, we built and looked after websites and systems for businesses across Northern Ireland — and became the development supplier to a Northern Ireland borough council, a relationship that has now lasted more than a decade.

We rebranded as Phantom Development to reflect what the work had become: not just websites, but the systems behind them — integrations, stock feeds, CRMs, tracking — and white-label development for agencies.

We’re at the start of a new AI revolution, and we’re in it every day: hands-on with the latest models, agents and tools as they land. But hand-coding still matters. Knowing how every layer works is what lets us use AI properly — to generate leads, sales and growth, not just noise.
