Why reviews matter more than most businesses think

01

They decide whether you’re found

Google says it outright: review count and score factor into local search ranking. More, better and more recent reviews help you show up in the map results when someone nearby searches for what you do.

02

They decide whether you’re chosen

Two businesses side by side on a map — one with a handful of old reviews, one with steady recent ones. Most people pick the second without reading a word of either website.

03

Most happy customers never think to leave one

Unhappy customers find the review button on their own. Happy ones usually need asking — at the right moment, with the link one tap away. That’s what this card is for.

04

Replies count too

Replying to every review — good and bad — shows people a real business is paying attention. It’s one of the simplest wins in local search, and one most businesses skip.
