Using this site

The information here is general. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but it isn't professional advice for your specific situation, and we can't guarantee it's complete or always up to date.

Free tools

The website scan, review card maker and in-house cost calculator are provided free and as they are.

  • The website scan checks a site's public homepage and gives an automated opinion. Results can be affected by the site's own firewall, speed or server at the time. Please only scan sites you own or have a legitimate interest in.
  • Prices and estimates shown in the calculator are illustrative. Any real quote comes from us in writing, after a conversation.

Booking a call

Free consultations are offered 30 minutes at a time, subject to availability. You can reschedule or cancel at any time using the link in your confirmation email. We'll let you know as early as we can if we ever need to move a call.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and branding of this site — including the Phantom name, logo and ghost — belong to Phantom Development unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to share links to it. Please don't copy it wholesale.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, we're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses arising from using free information or tools on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction.
